A multi-kilometer traffic jam has formed on the Perm-Ekaterinburg highway (Permsky tract), and drivers stand in it for several hours.
In Yekaterinburg, the rehearsal of the Victory Parade, which was supposed to take place on May 4, has been cancelled, writes E1.ru. Passenger trains are also delayed due to snowfall, Interfax reports . The maximum delay time is up to five hours.
