Vladimir Putin signed the new “May Decree” , which determines the national goals of the development of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030 and for the future until 2036 . The text of the decree was published on the Kremlin’s website in the evening of May 7 - shortly after the inauguration of the Russian president. Young people will be:
