The American soldier came to Russia to make peace with the girl, and she accused him of theft. He faces up to five years in prison

In early April, the US Army sergeant Gordon Black arrived in Vladivostok to make peace with his girlfriend Alexandra Vashchuk. But something went wrong: in Russia, the American was detained on charges of theft. On May 3, the Pervomaisky District Court of Vladivostok made a decision on his arrest. Now Black faces up to five years in prison. The application for him was probably written by his own girl. Black Melody Melody Jones is sure that her son was framed. "I have other goals"

The 34-year-old US Army sergeant Gordon Black and the 31-year-old native of Vladivostok Alexander Vashchuk met, according to the latter, on the Internet-apparently when both were in South Korea. Vashchuk lived there for about seven years, after which she returned to Russia. She told RT to the pro -government television channel that she worked as a manager in the bar, as well as "in the cleaning, at factories and in the fields."

In the Tiktok account Vashchuk, a video with Black has appeared since 2021, and most of the joint videos were published in 2022–2023.

Black has been serving in the American army since 2008: at first he worked in Iraq and Afghanistan, then he was sent to the service in South Korea - at the American Humphris base 60 kilometers from Seoul. There, judging by the chevrons, he was a military instructor for South Korean soldiers. On Black's page on Facebook there is almost no information about him or about work, but the city of Pyeenthak is indicated as a place of residence, where the base is located.

In January 2022, Vaschuk on her Facebook (now access to her page is limited) wrote about the engagement with Black. She later said that the relatives and acquaintances of her “groom” wrote to her that he could leave her.

“Guys, I pursue a little other goals. You have nothing to worry about with your citizenship. But ... I have a little other goals, ”she wrote on her Facebook (now the post is not available). Probably, by “other goals”, it means obtaining American citizenship.

Radio Liberty and Associated Press note that Black is married to the United States. Vashchuk said : he allegedly convinced her that he was in the process of divorce.

"Partisan-sonsant"

Vashchuk often mentioned and shot Black in the videos that she published in Tiktok . One of them Vashchuk took off in the city of Pichenthak next to the military base where Black served.

In another video , Black, dressed in a T-shirt with the inscription “Fuck me”, discusses Russian-American relations. He calls NATO actions “rather aggressive” and says that he understands the position of Russia, which “is trying to protect its borders”. In the same video, Vashchuk herself says that the former US President Donald Trump is better than the present, Joe Biden.

In another video, Black stands in front of the camera in military uniform. “I came home, and then some kind of Pindos,” says Vashchuk. At the same time, Black smiles, clearly not understanding that this is an insult. In the same video, looking at the Chevron of the American, Vashchuk is joking, Lee is not a “partisan-saber”.
In other videos, Vashchuk and Black have fun in bars, talk about films, in particular, about “brother” and “brother-2”.

"There were, of course, quarrels"

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Primorsky Territory, Gordon Black flew to Vladivostok on April 10, according to one version - to make peace with Vashchuk after a quarrel. On May 7, the security forces reported the arrest of the American. The police press release says that a local resident who was in a relationship wrote a statement about the theft on Black. Her name is not called.

“The applicant of the house had a conflict with a friend. After his departure, the girl found the loss of funds and turned to the police for help, ”the press said and noted that the investigation of the case was ongoing.

Black, reportedly , was detained in one of the city hotels. The security forces claim that by that time he had already bought tickets and planned to fly to the United States. Now Black is located in the pre-trial detention center of Vladivostok. So far, he was charged only of the theft (paragraph “B” of part 2 of Article 158 of the Criminal Code).

The pro-government telegram channel Shot claims that Black allegedly not only robbed Vashchuk, but alsobeat it. The beating, referring to an unnamed source, also write Izvestia.

“He arrived, lived with her for some time. Then he began to beat, strangle. As a result, he stole 200 thousand rubles and alcohol with her, ”says the interlocutor of the publication.

Vashchuk herself in an interview with RT was the beating: “There were, of course, quarrels. But so that ... there was nothing special. ” Vashchuk refused to discuss the details of the criminal case against Black, citing the ban on investigators.

The telegram channel of the VChK-OGPU, referring to Mother Vashchuk Eugene, writes that young people "drunk and cursed." “A household quarrel on the basis of alcohol consumption grew into a trial with the police.
