ORYX: Russia lost almost 16 thousand units of equipment in the war in Ukraine

The Ukrainian army destroyed or captured at least three thousand Russian tanks from the beginning of a full -scale invasion. In general, the Russian army lost almost 16 thousand units of equipment. This is stated in the ORYX study, whose military analysts are counting lost equipment from February 24, 2022.

According to experts, two thousand Russian ones were destroyed by the Ukrainian army, more than 500 were captured by unharmed, 329 tanks were thrown by the Russian military on the battlefield, and another 156 were damaged. Most of the lost tanks were the T-72B, T-72B3 and T-80BV models.

In addition to tanks, the Russian army also lost:

• 1321 Brand armored vehicle,
• Almost 4 thousand infantry fighting vehicles,
• 431 armored personnel carrier,
• 56 vehicles with anti -minute protection,
• 109 aircraft,
• 137 helicopters,
• 24 ships and submarines,

In addition, analysts counted 241 more infantry mobile vehicles, 276 command posts and communications stations, 467 engineering machines, 3 unprofitable ground vehicles, 43 self -propelled anti -tank missile systems, 117 artillery machines, 362 units of towed artillery, 730 self -propelled artillery plants, 373 reactive installations of volley fiery, voluntary installations of voluntary fire. 49 anti -aircraft guns, 26 anti -aircraft self -propelled guns, 232 anti -aircraft missile systems, 68 radars, 80 storage of fraud and system interference, 14 combat drones, 358 intelligence drones, 3253 trucks, jeeps and cars.

• On the Ukrainian side, according to Oryx, losses are three times lower. So, Ukraine lost 5679 units of equipment as a whole, of which almost four thousand were destroyed, 484 were damaged, 225 were abandoned and about a thousand were captured by the Russian army. Tanks on this list are 808, of which more than half were destroyed.
