The Neysky District Court of the Kostroma Region received a case against Roman Losyakin about the dissemination of military “fakes” based on political enmity (clause “d”, part 2, article 207.3 of the Criminal Code). OVD-Info found information about this on the court’s website.
The case appeared in court on May 3. The first substantive meeting will take place on May 29.

The maximum penalty under this article is 15 years in prison.
