The Tagansky District Court of Moscow imposed fines under the article on non-compliance with the duties of a “foreign agent” (Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code) to the founder of the SOTA.vision publication Alexandra Ageeva and the host of the YouTube channel “Living Nail” Dmitry Potapenko . The relevant information was published by the press service of the regional courts.
Ageeva was given a fine of 10 thousand rubles under the fifth part of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences: lack of proper marking on the publications of the founder of the “foreign agent”. Ageeva was added to the register of “foreign agents” in February 2022, and SOTA.vision in June 2023.
Dmitry Potapenko was fined 30 thousand rubles under the article on the absence of “foreign agent” markings (Part 4 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). According to the court file, three more cases under this article against the man are pending . Potapenko was added to the register of “foreign agents” in January.
