
The Investigative Committee of Belarus opened criminal cases against all 257 citizens of the republic who participate in the elections to the Coordinating Council - the opposition parliament in exile, established by the leader of the Belarusian opposition Svetlana Tikhanovskaya. The department announced their property.
"According to the established algorithm, information about real estate and property belonging to the defendants has already been received in our country. According to Rusnews, candidates for the Coordination Council in the Investigative Committee were called representatives of "12 extremist organizations" who are fighting "for positions in the criminal hierarchy." In addition to "extremist" articles, they were charged with a "conspiracy to seize state power."
