The Committee for the Economic Development of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has developed a variant of economic reservation from mobilization. This was stated by the head of the committee Dmitry Natalukha, the message said on the website of the parliament.

According to the deputy, the proposals “give the employer the opportunity to independently determine the employees strategically important for maintaining the life of the business and pay 20 thousand hryvnias (about $ 500) per month of military training for each of them.”

According to Natalukhi, Ukrainian business "still needs booking because it should work."

He believes that strategic should be not so much industries that officials determine, as specific employees, whom the employer determines.

“Economic booking is a new mechanism for effective interaction between business and the state,” the deputy emphasized.

Along with economic reservation, a partial alternative can be economic mobilization, said Igor Marchuk, head of the subcommittee for the interaction of state and business and investment.

The purpose of this approach is to save the state budget funds and their use for additional financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (Armed Forces).

" Economic mobilization is when, through the mechanism of labor service, business with attracting its resources provides the necessary services and performs work in those areas in which business has great competencies and efficiency than the military.

For example, such areas as purchases, logistics, management, medical care, repair of equipment, IT sphere, construction of fortifications, household services, office work, HR, etc. The military released as a result can perform other, more important and specific tasks, ” said Marchuk.
