Russia recognized as "undesirable" Ukrainian volunteer fund

The Ministry of Justice of Russia introduced the “unwanted” organizations of the Ukrainian Charity Fund for the Military “Return” to the register of organizations (“turn around” (“turn around”) and the independence of Karelia Stop The Occupation of Karelia.

"Come back alive" - ​​a fund for assistance to the Ukrainian military, created in 2014. The organization provides military units with weapons, vehicles, thermal imagers and night vision devices, mobile surveillance complexes, drones, clearance sets and other equipment. Currently, it is one of the largest volunteer funds in Ukraine.

The independence of the independence of Karelia Stop The Occupation of Karelia was founded in 2012. The goal of the organization is to create an independent national state for Karelians, Pomors, Vepses and other nationalities, which will adhere to "traditional Nordic values." In 2023, the organization participants announced the creation of the Karelian National Battalion named after Levonen as part of the international legion of territorial defense of Ukraine.

On May 14, the State Duma of the Russian Federation unanimously adopted in the second and third reading the amendment to ban “foreign agents” to participate in the Russian elections of all levels.

On the same day, the Georgian parliament in the third, final reading, adopted the bill "On the Transparency of Foreign Infant" - an analogue of the Russian Law on "foreign agents".

Georgian President Salome Zurabishviliimposed a veto on the law adopted by parliament. The Venice Commission called on the Georgian authorities to abandon the law on "foreign agents".
