Petersburg: The city defender twice was fined according to the "rally" article

The Vasileostrovsky District Court of St. Petersburg found the city defender Oleg Mukhin guilty of organizing an unauthorized rally and fined it 25 thousand rubles. The reason for the administrative punishment under the “rally” article of the Code of Administrative Offenses was the action of Mukhin on November 7, 2023 in defense of the house of Schröder - the now demolished historical building of the 18th century.

A day earlier, Mukhin was fined 30 thousand rubles for a photo shoot in defense of the Leningrad meat processing plant Kirov, which took place on October 17, 2023. The city defender spent the night at the police department, and in the morning he again hit the hearing.

According to the Delce of SOS SOS Demolition, about 50 city-defenders came to support Mukhin in court.
