Judge of the Basmanny District Court of Moscow Elena Lenskaya extended the arrest of the Ufa activist Olga Komleva until August 3. This was announced by the correspondent of "Mediazons" from the courtroom.

The meeting was held closed, like almost all the affairs related to the FBK. Investigator Telminov said that "the coverage of the moments voiced in the meeting may become known to members of the extremist community of the FBK, who are wanted and hiding from the investigation abroad."

Lawyer Mikhail Lavrentiev objected that this was not a sufficient basis for closing and is a violation of the right to defense. Olga Komleva said that "there is nothing secret here, and if the investigator is trying to hide something, society should know this." Nevertheless, the Lenskaya judge closed the meeting.

Before the announcement of the decision, lawyer Lavrentiev told Mediazone that Komleva does not admit guilt: “We do not admit guilt in full, we believe that there is no corpus delicti in the case. We understand what decision will be, but we continue to fight. ”

Olga Komlev was taken to the Basmanny Court in the morning, she spent the whole day waiting for a meeting in the convoy, her lawyer Mikhail Lavrentiev told Mediazone.

Initially, the meeting to extend the preventive measure Olga Komleva was scheduled for May 21, follows from the case of the case on the court’s website. As the activist’s lawyer Mikhail Lavrentiev told Mediazone, this meeting was immediately postponed, since on this day Lavrentiev was still in Ufa and would not have time for the meeting. On that day, Komlev did not even go to court.

On March 28, the Kirovsky District Court of Ufa sent a local activist Olga Komlev in the pre -trial detention center in the FBK case. The day before, the police took her from the house under the pretext of a forced interrogation in the FBK case. As a result, a woman was charged with participation in the extremist community (part 2 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code) in the SK department.

As the press service of the court wrote , the investigation believes that Komleva "voluntarily became part of the extremist community." This happened "under the influence of propaganda of the extremist community of the FBK (" Navalny team "), distributed on the Internet.

Olga Komlev was transferred from Ufa to Moscow on April 25.

Olga Komleva, a cadastral engineer by profession, for several years was a volunteer of the Ufa headquarters Alexei Navalny. During the rallies of 2021, in support of the politician Komlev, they detained and fined several times. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard filed claims for 5.6 million rubles, demanding compensation for the work of the security forces in protests. The activist arrested bank accounts, a house and a car.

Olga Komleva collaborated with the public activism of RusNews and covered for them protests in Bashkortostan, including protests in Baymak in January 2024.
