Poland will strengthen the border protection with Belarus after a series of migrant attacks on border guards

Poland will allocate additional forces to protect the border after the attack of migrants on border guards. This was announced by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

One of the incidents occurred on the morning of May 28. A group of about 50 migrants stormed the Polish border from Belarus. When foreigners tried to break through the border, one of them was stabbed by the Polish military, the Border Service of Poland reports .

When other border guards tried to provide the wounded first aid, the migrants continued the assault. The wounded soldier was eventually called an ambulance, he was hospitalized.

In another section of the border during the assault on migrants, the wound was wounded by another border guard. Another of the border guard employee after the migrant attack was required to hospitalize.

Earlier in Poland, an international criminal group was disclosed , which was engaged in illegal transportation of migrants and financing of terrorism. The criminal group included more than 50 people, among them were citizens of Ukraine and Belarus (as well as Iraq and Poland)

The Polish government, in turn, announced the intention to invest 10 billion zlotys (about $ 2.5 billion) in strengthening the protection of borders with Russia and Belarus.
