According to the court, the Orsk resident administered a group in one of the messengers. On April 7, she posted a message there calling for people to gather at Komsomolskaya Square and discuss the flood situation. At the hearing, the woman explained that she herself had suffered from the flood, was in a stressful situation, there was panic in the chat, people did not know how to behave, which is why she posted such a message.
When making its decision, the court took into account mitigating circumstances and sentenced the woman to a lower sentence.
