The Sovetsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don received a protocol under the "foreign agent" article, drawn up against Kira Yarmysh. Information about this was published on the court's website.
The protocol against Alexei Navalny's former assistant was drawn up due to the absence of a "foreign agent" plate (Part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). The hearing is scheduled for June 14.
Kira Yarmyshwas added to the register of individuals-"foreign agents" on October 14, 2022, along with other associates of Navalny, the "Vesna" movement and journalists from various independent publications. The girl was recognized as a "foreign agent" because she expressed opinions about the war in Ukraine that "fully correspond to the interests of the political regime operating in Ukraine."
