Moscow and Kyiv have not been exchanging prisoners of war for almost four months. Moskalkova’s statement was made against the backdrop of reports that the third camp was opened in Ukraine for the maintenance of Russian prisoners of war. Its location is claimed, the Ukrainian authorities were forced to open due to the "large number of Russians surrendered and the actual blocking of exchanges of the Russian side." The “I want to live” project noted that the Russian military captured is not contained in the colonies, but in camps and special stages for jail. They have the right to contact relatives, parcels, translations, work and sports; Representatives of the International Committee of the Red Cross are also allowed to be launched to them.
