Poles protect their borders from Muslim migrants with pig manure

The nationwide protest of farmers on their social network page X reported that they are starting to spill manure on the border of Poland and Belarus to combat illegal migrants from Muslim countries.

“In accordance with the promises made earlier by activists of the All-Polish Farmers’ Protest and the Young Farmers’ Movement, we are starting to water the border strip on the Polish-Belarusian border with pig manure,” said one of the participants in the action.

Farmers believe that such a measure will help protect the border, since Muslims will not be allowed to walk through pig manure due to their faith. An unnamed participant in the action also stated that the activists are in solidarity with the Polish security forces. According to him, the farmers want to demonstrate to the Polish government how to effectively protect the country's borders. At the same time, the activist noted that the farmers' actions do not violate the law.

Footage published by the All-Polish Farmers' Protest shows farmers spreading manure while a helicopter flies over the tractors. According to RIA Novosti, this is a helicopter from the Polish border service.

Polish officials, including Deputy Minister of National Defense Cezary Tomczyk, have repeatedly stated that migrants easily cross the border between Belarus and Poland. In May of this year, it became known that Poland plans to strengthen the fences on the border with Belarus.

In addition, the Polish Ministry of Defense presented the Eastern Shield program, “the largest operation to strengthen NATO’s eastern flank since 1945.” As part of the program, the territories bordering Russia and Belarus will be prepared for mining.

In June of this year, Polish Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced the resumption of the buffer zone on the border with Belarus, which was created in 2021-2022 due to the migration crisis.
