Dmitry Medvedev's funds earned 2.7 billion rubles in 2023, much more than before the war

Non-profit foundations associated with former President and Deputy Chairman of the Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, after Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, increased their profits several times, Vorstka noted.

In 2023 alone, the net profit of four NPOs amounted to 2 billion 717 million rubles, according to data from the state register of financial statements. For comparison, in 2022, these same funds reported profits of 657 million rubles, and in 2021 – of 711.6 million rubles.

We are talking about the Dar funds (715.5 million rubles in profit), Gradislava (864.7 million rubles), Sotsgosproekt (364.7 million rubles) and the Winter Olympic Sports Support Fund (772.1 million rubles). Alexei Navalny spoke about how these NGOs are connected to Medvedev in the investigation “He’s Not Dimon to You”; it was in their name that the official registered his assets worth hundreds of millions of rubles.

Previously, “Verstka” reported that in 2023 Medvedev acquired another yacht worth more than 420 million rubles. In Russia, it was registered in the name of yacht captain Anatoly Naumov. Naumov himself, in a conversation with a Vorstka correspondent who introduced himself as a customs inspector, confirmed that the ship was imported specifically for Dmitry Anatolyevich.
