Mediazona discovered a substitution in the protocol of the polling schoolchild Arseniy Turbin. He was given five years under the article on "terrorism"

In the full audio recording of the student, Arseniy Turbin, convicted in the case of participation in a “terrorist organization”, there is no recognition that he sent a completed questionnaire to the Legion of Freedom of Russia, found out Mediazona.

In the survey protocol dated August 30, 2023, which formed the basis of the criminal case, it was written: "I planned to join the specified legion and sent them a filled profile."

The mother of the student Irina Turbin, who was present during the survey, also claimed that her son did not utter these words. She admitted that the FSB officer, who reprinted the protocol several times, could replace the final text. Irina and Arseny signed it. “If I had known before what kind of people they were, we never came across this, I would re -read it again,” Irina told Mediazone.

According to the publication, the teenager survey lasted almost two hours, he was conducted by two FSB officers, designated in decoding as M1 and M2. Throughout the survey, the security forces tried to convince the schoolboy that there was nothing illegal in sending the questionnaire. In particular, one of the FSB officers told the turbine that sending a questionnaire is not the same as committing a sabotage, that it is “normal”, “it is possible” and “not against the law”.

After that, the schoolboy admits that, perhaps, he would like to join the Legion “Freedom of Russia”, but was afraid to send a questionnaire with his personal data to strangers.

• On June 20, the Second Western District Court sentenced 15-year-old schoolchildren Arseny Turbin from the city of Livna of the Oryol region. The nine -graders were sentenced to five years in the educational colony in the case of participation in a terrorist organization. The investigation believes that in the summer of 2023 he joined the Legion of Freedom of Russia, after which he allegedly fulfilled the order of a representative of this organization - he laid out leaflets with criticism of Vladimir Putin in mailboxes. Arseny Turbin insisted that he did not enter the legion, and laid out leaflets from personal beliefs.
