
Employees of the State Bureau of Investigations (GBR) completed a pre -trial investigation against a law enforcement officer Bukovina, who helped military liable for men illegally leave Ukraine. The indictment was sent to the court. This was reported by the press service of the GBR.
According to the agency, the attacker suggested that they wish to be familiar to transport them past the checkpoints to the border in his own car. Subsequently, having information about the duty and routes of the movement of border outfits, he explained to men a route for a hiking border with Romania. From each desire to illegally cross the border the attacker took 6.5 thousand dollars.
The defendant was detained in May of this year after receiving funds from one of those who wish to illegally leave the country.
A law enforcement officer was removed from his position. For the organization of illegal transfer of persons through the state border, he faces up to nine years in prison with confiscation of property.
