YouTube blocked Russian singers who support the war

The YouTube video hosting administration has blocked the channels of a number of Russian singers and artists who actively support the war in Ukraine. Among them are Shaman, Grigory Leps, Polina Gagarina, Oleg Gazmanov and Yulia Chicherina.

Previously, the world's largest music streaming service Spotify deleted the pages of these artists.

The reason for the blocking was the restrictive measures introduced against Russian singers by the United States and the European Union as part of the so-called 14th package of sanctions.
