The State Duma will support the bill developed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the expansion of the list of offenses, for which Migranto’s expulsion is provided: to from Russia, the speaker of the Duma Vyacheslav Volodin said .

The bill will add expulsion as a possible punishment in 20 articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Among them:

• disobedience of the police Article 19.3 Code of Administrative Offenses ;
• performance Article 19.27 Code of Administrative Offenses of false information in the implementation of migration accounting;
• Small hooliganism Article 20.1 Code of Administrative Offenses ;
• demonstration Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of extremist symbolism;
• violation Article 20.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Rules of Arms from Weapons;
• spreading Article 13.37 of the Code of Administrative Offenses “ The owner of the audiovisual service ” of information “ containing public calls for terrorist activities ”
• and a number of other unnamed articles.

In addition, the bill implies the possibility of expulsion of people without a court decision, if their " being in the country is undesirable in connection with their unlawful activities ."

Now expulsion is provided as a measure of responsibility in 22 articles of the Code of Administrative Offenses. Among them is a violation Parts 1.1, 3.1, 4 and 5 of Article 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the stay regime in Russia, labor activity Parts 2 and 3 of Article 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses without permits, “ Propaganda LGBT+ Parts 5–8 of Article 6.21 of the Code of Administrative Offenses ”and others.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs every year reports on new records for the number of expelled and deported Migranto: K. So, in 2023, 110 thousand people were forcibly removed from Russia - twice as much as in 2022. And over the first half of 2024, more than 30 thousand people were sent from the country - twice as much as in the same period of the previous year.
