The former security officer of Safonov, who attacked two young people in the Moscow metro due to their appearance, was fined for petty hooliganism for 1000 rubles

This was reported by the press service of Moscow courts of general jurisdiction. Safonov, as the court understood, allegedly took the girl for a man because of a short haircut, pursued her through the whole car, insulting an obscene abuse. The penalty is assigned under article 20.1 of part 1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (“petty hooliganism”).

The victim - Anasasia Ermak - wrote a statement on the aggressor Safonov after published a video with a persecution. Shortly before the court’s decision, she said that she was afraid to go out due to threats that unknown to Ermak send. She experiences stress, moves around the city only by taxi.

Vladimir Safonov, as it turned out, worked in the police until 2008. Commenting on the video and his behavior to journalists, Safonov said that he accepted Ermak and her companion “for gays”, he was “unpleasant to look at them”.
