The first team to reach the Euro 2024 final was Spain, beating France 2-1. The match took place on July 9. The next day, England beat the Netherlands by the same score.

The Opta supercomputer estimated the chances of Spain winning the final at 60.4%, while the computer estimated the probability of England winning at 39.6%. The statistical company Gracenote (Nielsen) calculated that the probability of Spain winning is 62%.
