The Moscow Region Investigative Committee has opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack against a 20-year-old girl who set fire to a police car in Elektrougli. This was reported on the department's Telegram channel.
According to investigators, on July 17, the girl arrived at the territory of the Elektrouglinsky police department of the Noginskoye municipal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where "on instructions from unidentified persons" she set fire to a service vehicle with a bottle of Molotov cocktail. No one was hurt in the arson.
A criminal case was opened against the girl for a terrorist act committed by a group of persons by prior conspiracy and causing significant damage (paragraphs "a" and "b" of Part 2 of Article 205 of the Criminal Code). She was detained. The organizers of the crime are being identified, the Investigative Committee added.
According to Shot , the girl was detained when she was filming a burning car and talking to someone on the phone. She told the security forces that she was forced to set fire to the car by scammers to whom she had previously transferred money.
The Telegram channel claims that the girl set the car on fire using a canister of gasoline and a lighter. Astra writes that as a result, the police Lada's hood and dashboard were burned. According to this Telegram channel, the girl is studying at a medical school.
