Owner of 99% of the Wildberries marketplace Tatyana Bakalchuk recorded a video message where she stated that she was getting a divorce from her husband and that "no one needs to save her from anyone." The entrepreneur explained the decision to merge the business with the outdoor advertising operator Russ Outdoor by the need to transform the business "to maintain the pace of growth and development."

Vladislav's husband, who went to seek protection from Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov, has only 1% of the shares of the parent company Wildberries and does not participate in the management of the business, Tatyana Bakalchuk said. The businesswoman made it clear that she "created this company 20 years ago."

The deal with Russ Outdoor is “approved and supported,” the video message says. “Why and for what purpose Vladislav is misleading other people, and who and for what purpose came up with this story of incomprehensible raiding — to be honest, it’s a big mystery to me,” said the co-owner of Wildberries.

The businesswoman regrets that her husband made “family difficulties” public and believes that each person’s personal life is their own business.

"I am fine, I am alive and well, I am not a hostage or a Caucasian captive," said Tatyana Bakalchuk. She added that the younger children are currently on holiday with their grandmother, and she herself just saw the older ones off to the train.

The family has seven children. Ramzan Kadyrov insisted on the fact of "the destruction of the family" as a reason to intervene, calling this destruction "an inhuman approach."

"She blocked me," Vladislav Bakalchuk complained about his wife in an interview with RBC, confirming that he no longer participates in managing the company's operations and finances.
