A suspect in the blow of the car of the GRU officer was taken to Moscow

The suspect in the blow of the officer’s car Yevgeny Serebryakov, who was detained the day before in Turkey, was taken to Russia. This was reported by the FSB of Russia by publishing a video .

On it, the 29-year-old Serebryakov in handcuffs says that he himself contacted the special services of Ukraine back in February 2023, after which he talked with a "certain Ilya", under the control of which he collected explosives and laid it under the car. According to Serebryakov, he received components for explosives from the Ukrainian side. "Ilya" promised him a reward in the amount of ten to twenty thousand dollars and Ukrainian citizenship, adds Serebryakov.

Serebryakov was charged with articles on attempting to kill two persons and on the illegal turnover of explosives.

Early in the morning on Wednesday, July 24, a car was blown up in the north of Moscow. The driver was seriously wounded, his feet torn off with an explosion. The passenger, his wife, also suffered. The media report that the car belongs to the senior officer of the Russian army.

The Agency publication claims that the affected owner of the GRU officer Andrei Torgashov, an employee in military unit 45807. This part was mentioned in journalistic investigations in connection with the expulsion of GRU and Norway agents and the attempted security officer of the Ukrainian Security Service in Moscow.
