The 21-year-old STRA Maxim Khamyalyainen was captured in the Kursk region, where from 8 am on Tuesday there are battles between Russian and Ukrainian troops. His father Pavel Khamyalyanen from the city of Inta suddenly came a video with captured Russian military soldiers. On one of them, relatives saw their maxim: every time they talked, they reminded him "for nothing to sign" a contract. But he was still in the war.

According to relatives, conscripts from the unit located in Klintsy (Bryansk region, 60 km to the border with Ukraine), have already been exported several times to the border with Ukraine. Maxim was captured in the Kursk region: the conscripts for four days were on positions under shelling and asked the commanders to bring them out, but they refused them.

In the Kursk region, where from 8 a.m. on August 6, 2024 there are fights between Russian and Ukrainian troops, at least six Russian military surrendered to prisoner. So claims the Belgorod telegram channel "Pepel". Ukrainian telegram channels have so far published a video with only two prisoners-both of them are conscripts. The parents of one of them-the 21-year-old Maxim Khamyalyainen from Inta-confirmed the editorial office of the “window” that on the border in the combat zone of military service soldiers was illegally: he certainly did not sign a contract with the army of the Russian Federation and should not be in such a dangerous place.

In addition to Maxim, the video posted is a 22-year-old SRO Danil Kolesnikov from the Rovensky district of the Belgorod region. The video reports that in positions in the border Sudge, who was shelling on August 6, they stood since April 5.

- Maxim was taken to the army in December 2023, a conscript. Of course, at such a time we did not even want to let him go there. But what could we do? He had already graduated from the school, where he studied for the welder, was going to work. And then they grabbed him. According to the law, there was a debt to the Motherland. Now we are sitting, we are waiting: "And when will the Motherland give his duty?" And the boy will exchange. So far no one called, zero words about the exchange. Of course, we immediately phoned both the military unit and the Ministry of Defense. There is no answer, ”says the stepmother Maxim Olga Dolgopolova.

In the video from the captivity, Maxim Khamyalyainen says that he is an ordinary-engineer, and the number of the regiment-488th indicates the question about the number of the unit. This is a motorized rifle regiment from a unit in the clinics. According to him, in the border zone, conscripts were kept from April 5, 2024 with the task of "preventing the breakthrough."

-We did not even assume that it was so dangerous there (Suda, 9 kilometers from the border with Ukraine), we thought: “Well, thank God that they are not sent to the Belgorod region,” there are constantly shelling. And here it turned out that it was even more dangerous, but we really did not know. Maxim called before sending there - they say, they again throw it to the border - warned that there would be no connection with him. And what remains? Just wait. I just recently found out that, it turns out, it is illegal to send conscripts there, it is too dangerous. But we do not know these laws, ”Olga waits.

Maxim's father asks to speak with his wife, he himself is not able to talk about his son. For the past five years, Maxim lived with him in his new family.

Maxim’s mother, who had a divorce and first after, handed it through the stepmother that he could not talk about her son yet. According to Olga, Maxim is the favorite of the whole family and his return, everyone is waiting for, including his half -sister and grandmother.

“He is such a calm, kind boy, not a military in a character warehouse.” I never dreamed of a service, learned, graduated from school, then the school, I wanted to work peacefully with a welder. We have a small town, Inta, I wanted to stay here, ”says Olga. - He dreamed, if I had to go to the army, return as soon as possible and have a family.

His best friend Vitaliy Yalymov, to the question about “sloping from the army”, innocently remarks: “Well, this is illegal.”

- Quiet, calm. Maxim always helped and supported everyone, says Vitaly. - My best friend. After the army, I wanted to work. We were engaged in music with him, wrote rap. Like a hobby. He would have returned as soon as possible.

Native Khyamyalyainen already wrote an application for an urgent exchange of prisoners together with the Ombudsman of the Komi Republic.

- With the faith of the iron, the Commissioner for Human Rights, we wrote a statement to the Ministry of Defense, all the documents were collected by Maxim which they can. Here we are waiting. We don’t know what else to do. So far, nothing is answered at all, they have not even confirmed the captivity. I hope that at least the resonance will help to somehow speed up his return, he is not a soldier in essence, he is an SHI, ”Olga says. - I just ask everyone who can: return the child home!

Maxim in the video tells that he was supposed to be drafted into the army back in October, but managed to reach until December.

He was called up on December 17 and was not really prepared: they landed on the landfill, they lived in the dugouts for three days, watching how sappers, attack aircraft and doctors work. That's all.

According to the prisoners, they spent four days on positions under shelling and asked the commanders to bring them out, indicating that conscripts should not protect the border with the war zone. The command refused them.

Their sergeant also surrendered. In the video interrogations of prisoners there is a military man without identification marks, which introduced himself as 44-year-old Alexei Ostroborodov.

The acting governor of the Kursk Region Alexei Smirnov reported about attempts to break through the breakthrough in Suzhansky and Korenovsky district at 10 a.m. on August 6 in the morning on August 6 in the morning.
