Brief and Nezigar telegram channels are new “foreign agents”

What is known about them?

“Nezyar” and Briefa are pro-Kremlin telegram channels that associate with the presidential administration. They quite often refer to the security forces who drain exclusives to them. Nezigar was created on December 12, 2016. Who founded it is unknown. Brief appeared later and published the “important and best from the tape of the non -sentence”, as said in his description.

In June 2024, Briefa announced that Vladimir Dergachev, ex-head of RTVI, ex-employee of the Russian BBC service, RBC, Gazeta.ru and Izvestia, was the new editor of the channel.

“In turn, the BREEF special corner Ekaterina Vinokurova will take the position of deputy chief editor and will become a curator of the exclusive block of our content,” it became known on the same day.

The Bell called the "non -sentence" by the pioneer of anonymous political content with stuffing and links to unknown "insiders". According to the publication, it was precisely in it that Rostec and its leader Sergei Chemezov were especially mentioned. So in 2019, the telegram channel wrote that he would be appointed Prime Minister of Russia (the forecast did not come true-approx. Ed). The Bell analyzed the content of the channel and also found out that in the fall of 2022, any criticism of Rostec disappeared from it. His description at the same time changed with the “first political in telegram” to “politics, economics, sociology”. It is noted that this often happens when the owners or admins of the canal. At the same time, a post came out there, which said that "Cheyzov resolutely intercepts the championship in the information agenda from Kovalchuk."

Also, Nezigar, as the Project reported , is connected with the deputy head of the Russian Presidential Administration Alexei Gromov.

The intermediary is Vladislav Klyushin, the owner of M 13, who developed the Katyusha media monitoring system.

Telegram channel 112 claimed that the FSB Colonel Mikhail Polyakov was the administrator of the Prochrevsky channels “Kremlin laundry”, “security forces”, “Nazygar” and Brief. It is assumed that he oversaw the channels on behalf of the First Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration Sergei Kiriyenko. The security officer headed one of the services in the Office for the Protection of the Constitutional system of the FSB in Moscow and the Moscow Region, and in July 2023 he was detained on suspicion of extortion. Later he was arrested that he decided to “engage in commerce” in the pro-Kremlin telegram channels without coordination with the leadership, the source of “important stories” said. Allegedly, along with his partner, he extorted $ 66 thousand dollars from the leadership of the Lanit group of companies for removing posts and the “Bloc to the Negative”.

Former RT journalist and deputy editor -in -chief of BREEF Ekaterina Vinokurova today, even before renewal of the registry, wrote that "Friday has long turned for political circles on a" rainy day "."

She also asked all her sources to write to her, since “a big trouble is coming”:

After updating the registry, the journalist briefly commented on the decision: "There was a civil execution, without trial and investigation." She refused to answer the questions of Novy-Europe. After a while, she wrote that now she wants to die more than anything else.

Political scientist, an employee of the Center for the Study of Civil Society and Human Rights named after Andrew Gagarin Alexei Gilev, in a conversation with the Novo-Europe, called the current news “unexpected”: “It is precisely to reconstruct the logic of such a decision [difficult], but in any case it affects the medialandshaft in Russia. Journalist Oleg Kashin told Novy-Europe that
