Governor outraged by naked dancing of nightclub patrons

Astrakhan Region Governor Igor Babushkin called the party at the Bunker nightclub, where four visitors stripped naked in one of the contests, "immoral" and threatened to prosecute them. The SHOT Telegram channel reported the details of the party.

According to the Telegram channel, the host of the party held a contest in which he was giving away an iPhone. The contest participants had to take off all their clothes and dance on stage with a pole. The club's management told SHOT that they were holding a "Texas party" that night, but they refused to comment on the contest itself.

The video of naked dancing, which was published on social networks, attracted the attention of the governor of the Astrakhan region Igor Babushkin. He compared what happened in the club with "a similar ugly action in Moscow", referring to the "almost naked" party of Nastya Ivleeva. According to him, "responsibility towards the participants of the competition will be no less effective."

"What happened in the Bunker nightclub is a disgrace for all of us, Astrakhan residents. At a time when thousands of our fellow countrymen, without regard for their lives, defend the Motherland in the SVO zone, some inhuman people who have lost all shame and conscience staged an immoral performance that humiliates human dignity," Babushkin wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, the participants of the competition in the Bunker club "sold themselves for an American phone" and do not realize what is happening "in real bunkers." Babushkin noted that this club is currently being checked by security forces and suggested anonymizing the names of the competition participants.

“I am sure that the public has the right to know by name all those who organized this brutality, who took part in it, flaunting their shame, who applauded and rejoiced at this outrage,” he wrote.

The governor added that under “current conditions” the authorities should, in principle, discuss the issue of the “expediency” of the existence of entertainment establishments.
