Flight data of Putin's daughters and ex-wife leaked online

The FSB border service database, which recently leaked online, also contained flight data for Vladimir Putin's relatives - daughters, sons-in-law and ex-wife. They were soon deleted, but the Agency publication managed to save them.

The leak shows that Putin's daughters Katerina Tikhonova and Maria Vorontsova, as well as his ex-wife Lyudmila Ocheretnaya, made dozens of flights abroad and back every year before Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Putin's daughter Katerina Tikhonova made more than 35 flights between May 2015 and early 2017. During this time, she visited, among others, France, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, Spain, Serbia, Denmark, Italy, Slovenia, Greece, Great Britain, and the UAE.

The publication notes that this is probably not a complete list, since the leaked border service database reflects the first destination when leaving Russia and the last one when returning. Tikhonova flew especially often to French cities - Paris, Nice, Biarritz and Chambery. As Reuters wrote , Tikhonova, her first husband Kirill Shamalov and Putin's ex-wife Lyudmila Ocheretnaya each had a villa in Biarritz.

And since the end of 2016, Putin's daughter has been flying regularly to Munich. The "Agency" assumes that it was then that she began dating her second husband, ballet master Igor Zelensky, who directed the Bavarian State Ballet. Judging by the flight schedule, Tikhonova literally lived in two cities - Moscow and Munich.

In turn, Putin's eldest daughter Maria Vorontsova regularly flew to Amsterdam, the hometown of her first husband Jorrit Faassen, until 2016. According to media reports, they later broke up, and Vorontsova's new partner was Yevgeny Nagorny. Nevertheless, Putin's daughter did not stop communicating with her ex-husband and even continued to travel with him. Thus, according to data from the leaked database, in January 2019 they flew to the homeland of Santa Claus, Rovaniemi, Finland, and then visited Tokyo twice in 2018 and 2019.

Vorontsova also flew to Italy, Germany, France, Greece, and Cuba. In 2018, she flew to Malaga, where she spent almost a month. According to FBK, Ocheretnaya has two apartments in this city.

According to the leak, Lyudmila Ocheretnaya flew to Spain, France, and Switzerland about 20 times between 2015 and 2019 — countries where, according to media reports, she owns property. She also visited London and her daughter Katerina Tikhonova in Munich. And in the fall of 2015, Ocheretnaya spent three weeks in the Maldives.

The leaked database contains data on only one flight by Vorontsova after the war began. In July 2022, she went to Yerevan. In turn, the latest data on Tikhonova's flights refers to September 2021, and Ocheretnaya's to December 2019.

The Agency suggests that after the start of the war in Ukraine, Putin's relatives stopped flying abroad or began doing so under different names.
