"Bank of food" Rus ", the Orthodox Fund" Mercy "and charitable organizations

One of the first to announce that he was collecting money to help the victims, the Food Bank of Rus. Prior to this, in April 2024, for example, he helped victims of flooding in Orenburg. Its head, Julia Nazarova, is a member of the Public Council of Rosmolodezh, and the Fund’s ambassador, in turn, is a member of United Russia and the Chairman of the Council of the Association of Volunteer Centers Artyom Metelev, who, including on the air -state portal of Dobr.rf.

Despite this, the main partner of the fund was not the state, but private companies, especially those that are part of the X5 Retail Group. They work together almost from the very creation of the Russian Fund: back in 2016, the chairman of the Supervisory Board of X5 Retail Group Stefan Ducharm was elected to the Board of Trustees of the Food Fund. Another of the main partners of the “Rus Food” Bank, apparently, the Russian Orthodox Church: at first, assistance to those in need was distributed, including through parishes of the Russian Orthodox Church. The fund also has many joint projects with the Russian Orthodox Church: for example, the so -called “popular lunch” - grocery sets for the most unprotected segments of the population, people who find themselves in difficult life situations and large families. This project, as well as assistance to victims in the Kursk region, works on the donations of Russians.

Another foundation close to the Russian Orthodox Church - “Mercy” - also helps the injured chicken. On the site, they call themselves “the largest Orthodox social service in Russia”, and the Bishop of the Vereis Panteleimon is headed by the Foundation. In May 2024, he was dismissed the head of the Patriarchal Humanitarian Mission in the new regions of the Russian Federation and the Synodal Department for charity. However, he is still heading the fund.

The help of the residents of Kursk is also provided by the “old age in joy” charity foundation, which usually helps older people and people with disabilities in difficult life situations. In the Kursk region, volunteers help evacuated wards.

Ozon, Yandex and Avito

On August 21, the Russians received a postal newsletter from the "public services": they were offered to help residents of the Kursk region, having bought certificates of 500 rubles on the Ozon marketplace. As stated in the letter, these certificates will be sent to residents of the Kursk region in the order of the queue, and for them they will be able to order the necessary goods on Ozon for free. Marketplais also promised to charge 3,000 points to all the victims in the Kursk region who registers on Ozon and submit an application through the “State Services”. These bonuses can be spent on goods from a “special showcase”. At the same time, Ozon considers only those who have submitted an application for matches through the “public services” and “fits under its conditions”.

True, the company only offers the owners of apartments to populate refugees for free, and she is ready to only compensate for the cost of publishing an ad on their website. And even for this, confirmation from the "public services" that the settling was really affected by the attack is needed. In addition, at the time of writing the text on the site, only four announcements are available on the delivery of apartments to refugees from Kursk.

Yandex proposed its help: its subsidiary Yandex GO promised to compensate the costs of people who left the dangerous border areas by taxi. Also, the social project "Yandex" "Help near" will double the donations.
