After Pavel Durov was arrested and released on bail in France, Telegram began to readily cooperate with the country’s investigative authorities, writes Liberation. This has already allowed progress in investigations in several ongoing cases of crimes against minors.

The changes are unprecedented, the newspaper writes, to such an extent that the prosecutor's office has begun to resume investigations into pending cases.
