The troops of the Russian Federation threw the air bomb into the boarding house for the elderly in Sumy. One person died, 13 were injured

The Russian military on the afternoon of September 19 inflicts an aircraft in the city of Sumy, having hit the boarding house for the elderly, the military administration of the Sumy region and the office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine said.

According to local authorities, the troops of the Russian Federation dropped the corrected aviation bomb. During the shelling in the boarding house, there were 221 patients, of which 87 were low -mobility.

According to the latest data, as a result of the shelling, one person died, another 13 were injured in varying severity.

The State Extraordinary State Service of Extraordinary the situation reported destruction on the technical and fifth floors of the building. Rescuers evacuated 147 people from the boarding house.

The prosecutor's office began a pre -trial investigation on the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with the intentional murder of man (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation did not comment on the shelling of Sumy.
