Ural service soldier Grigory Savinkov from the Kemerovo region informed the relatives that the FSB officers forced almost the entire regiment (he served in the 488th Guards Motor Rifle Regiment) to sign military contracts, and he himself and the “still couple of people” are kept with the last forces under the threats of criminal prosecution and beating.

In August, Gregory disappeared from the connection. His mother and other relatives “cut off” the hotline of the Ministry of Defense, the telephones of the military unit, but did not achieve any intelligible information. The Ukrainian volunteers, looking for missing soldiers, helped-after half a month they found out and informed the relatives that Gregory is alive and well, was captured. In mid -September, he was exchanged by the “second batch” - the first exchange of prisoners of war with the participation of Russian conscripts took place in August.
But now Grigory Savinkov, according to his mother, is forced to conclude a contract and return to the front. Relatives advise the conscript not to sign anything and in any case, realizing that "this is a one -way ticket." But they worry that he will not withstand pressure.
In 2023, 25-year-old Grigory Savinkov worked as a master at the maintenance station and was going to marry. He was not going to war.
- He had plans to open his service station over time, he is a gold mechanic, hands from the right place. He liked to work, he already opened his garage, collected money for his housing, saved up for a wedding with his girl, says brother Grigory Alexander Savinkov .
Other relatives confirm: "The guy is most balanced, the character is phlegmatic, as much as possible. Such a calm, confident young man." He did not strive for military service.
- There were no problems with money, like some,. In November 2023, he was called up. He went, they promised that they would not be forced to participate in the war in the war. It is necessary (in the 488th regiment Gregory was listed as an ordinary shooter). In August, he actually ended up against his will in the war, ”explains the older brother of the conscript. - And he is not a warrior at all. He had a normal life of a simple normal young guy, and here it is all just like a thunder among a clear sky. All life has flew downhill! I don’t know how to return it all, how to return everything back.
The 488th motorized rifle regiment of Savinkov from autumn until the spring of 2024 stood in the Klintsy of the Bryansk region. In April 2024, Gregory and several more of his colleagues were sent to the border to the Kursk region.
“When this whole story began with the invasion of the Kursk region, this breakthrough on August 6, we immediately realized that something was wrong with Grisha,” says the mother of the conscript Nadezhda . - There was no connection with him then. The military registration and enlistment office was simply “frozen”: they said that no one knew anything. We began to write to everyone in a row, whom only there [in the unit] knew. Those who are engaged in the search, volunteers in Kursk, searched for information as soon as they could. There we met Evgenia , whose son-bearer disappeared and has not yet been found. Together we found this bot “I want to find” (the Ukrainian state project to provide information about prisoners of war who missed and dead military personnel of the Russian Federation in Ukraine) . The application was sent there, and we were relatively promptly told that he was captured. On August 19, thanks to the volunteer Irina, we talked with his son on video communication. He said that he was not wounded, alive and well. This was enough for me. The most important thing I found out - alive! Then it was to get an exchange.
Only a few days after the Ukrainian volunteers organized the call of Grisha with his relatives, the family came an official notification from the military registration and enlistment office that Grigory Savinkov was really captured.

“By that time we were already calmer, prayed, as if the exchange had occurred faster, on September 13-14, as you know, they exchanged him, thank God,” repeats Gregory's mother. - But then it was no more calm. We no longer know where to run and what to do to stop his sending back. Maybe you will help, tell me something? Because after the exchange they were sent to Belarus, and from Belarus to the Moscow Region part. And for the last time, when he managed to talk with his son, he was alarmed, repeated that "the campaign would be sent to the military unit again." He said directly that they are not left to them other choice, except to sign a contract.

On September 14, the exchange of prisoners of war that began on the eve ended. Russia took another 103 (a total of 147) of its prisoners of war who surrendered in the Kursk region last month
According to the relatives, the FSB officers “press” the FSB officers who returned from captivity - threaten criminal prosecution and literally physical violence for refusing to sign a military contract. The Savinkovs say that they "hold" and do not sign a contract under the threats of literally three people. Including Gregory.
- He is threatened with criminal prosecution, of course, the article is not called an article, but, they say, by his refusal “discredits the army”. They are also threatened with literally physical reprisal, but we know that they have both pits and soldiers chained. The family is threatened with “problems”, as I understand this, both with work and with the same discredit. We are very afraid of this, because we understand that sending to war is one way the path. We are ready to run anywhere, to knock on any doors, so that he will serve this year of military service until November and calmly leave home. It is only not clear where to run, ”says his brother. - The guy is 25 years old. Well, this [fight] is not his. He should not be there!
Savinkov’s relatives say that now Gregory is given to their relatives no more often than when he was captured.
- We are afraid that now his isolation from relatives in the army and threats will lead to irreparable. They [FSB officers] work tight with them there. Grisha is now in the unit near Moscow, they are waiting for redistribution, and some checks are underway. In general, they are waiting for their future fate. Someone needs medical care. That is, a special service, as I understand it, as such is not there. There is a transshipment place. They are surrounded by these Feesbashniki, and this is scary. Only a brother and a couple of children were able to refuse. Mother retold a conversation (only with her they allowed him to talk a couple of times): “They put pressure so crushed” that not every man would withstand, and then the rafts are green. Not only is he threatened, but even a family, ”says brother. -Some terrible consequences. Although you will come to your senses and think: what consequences can be? He is the SLI. According to the law, nothing like that should threaten him for not wanting to sign a contract.

The Savinkovs know about how people can threaten people in uniform. They began to "write and come from organs" as soon as Gregory disappeared.
- When the brother disappeared, we began to call, write, and we simply told us [the military registration and enlistment office, the Ministry of Defense] so that we would “do not panic and write anything in social networks”: “Do not twitch anyone,“ do this ”there.” “There is no need to raise a panic, all the more to communicate with the“ side ” - otherwise all this can end badly. Both for your son and family,” Alexander quoted “Warnings” that their family received. - Well, in short, they managed to harshly harshly harshly. Even now I can’t persuade her to publish a photo of Grisha. Afraid! So intimidated. As from the number 8 or 9 [August] they began to "work", it only grew. When there was an official confirmation of captivity, they were instructed directly - father, mother: not to write! Do not call! There is nothing to lay out! No photo, no video, no story. In a word, scared specifically.
Human rights activists from the anti -war movement "go by forest" warn that all the threats of the FSB or military conscripts and their relatives are "completely empty."

- No one is obliged to sign the contract. The FSB appeared in this case, apparently, because they spend all prisoners through them, ”says Ivan Chuvilyaev from“ Go Forest ”. - I propose not to answer all threats, pressing, persuasion and pressure. To be silent and categorically not to sign anything.
Experienced lawyers advise to carefully read all the documents that conscripts "slip" on the signature.
-They can offer an alternative service to go, they can still submit a military contract under some kind of sauce. They catch gullible and inexperienced, because many believe in the word. Then - OP, and you signed not an application for the AGS (alternative civil service), but a contract as a “professional military,” says an experienced human rights activist (we do not disclose the name from the security of the interlocutor). - It will be very difficult to turn here. Therefore, it is better to try not to sign anything at all.
For their attitude to war, the intimidated parents of Savinkov, for obvious reasons, do not want to talk with journalists, but his distant relatives on the terms of anonymity said: the whole family tried to avoid mobilization and did not suspect that it would "fly from urgent service."
- What to say about the war? We do not understand at all what she goes for, for which all these people are dying. What kind of madness is this? When the war began, Grisha’s mother took everything to her heart very close. And then still mobilization, and they all went crazy then - worried that they would take the other son, and especially the father. He generally has a military specialty, he served in the missile forces, says one of the relatives of the conscript. - They constantly read posts, messages of relatives who have died or was wounded. It is difficult to imagine what they experienced, relatives of those who are fighting, who died, who are injured. I, when I see someone wounded with "his", terrible sensations. And all these news that people are returning from the war and committing terrible crimes! It all hurts. It seems to me that this shame will be for us in the future. But I would like to hope that all this will end more.
Earlier, the editors of the "Windows" wrote about the death of several military service soldiers, who were deployed in the Kursk and Belgorod regions. On the border with Ukraine, 21-year-old Arseny Saltaev from a large family (he had parents and six brothers and sisters) of the Krasnoyarsk Lesibirsk died. His relatives admitted that they were afraid to blame the "country and president" of the death of his son. Together with Arsenia, the twin brothers, Konstantin and Dmitry Tails from the Omsk village of Karpovka died. Sister Julia told the editorial office of the “Windows” that the family constantly discouraged Kostya and Dima from signing contracts, but they themselves were not going to fight. The relatives are dumbfounded by their death and its circumstances, but they do not believe in justice.
- Their commander also died, but another STR, the fourth, seemed to have survived. Both our guys from a large family and Arseny are also from large, only ours are younger. Dima said that they became friends. They got into one platoon back in Chebarkul. The brothers also counted days before the demobilization, like him. Plans set up how they will study and work. And this is how everything happened. I do not know how to prove that their death is unfair. Where to go? The day before we buried them, the bodies came in a closed coffin. Mom decided that she would not seek their autopsy. I don't know, this is her decision. But, it seems to me that I have to fight. The president personally promised that the conscripts this [war] would not affect. The commander swore to her that, in case of the danger of boys, he would save and take it off the border. As you can see, he did not take them anywhere. Although the border was already a breakthrough, the third day is.
A little later, in the same month-August 21-on the border with Ukraine, the soldier- Ruslan Gainullin from the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug died. His mother Lilia Gainullina confirmed the death of the only son in the “Swell” and that he was called up last fall - November 20, 2023, but refused to clarify exactly where Ruslan died - in the Kursk or Belgorod region.
Judging by the comments under the post of the death of Ruslan, Lilia blames in the death of his son not the Russian authorities, who gave an order to military invasion of Ukraine, but Ukrainian soldiers. The soldier’s mother puts like and writes “thank you” in response to the photo of the shells with the inscription “from Ruslan’s friends”. His friends and classmates, on the contrary, emphasize that he was very peaceful and did not want to fight.
Also in August in the Kursk region, Zakhar Sosnin died . This was reported by his relatives from Transbaikalia. Sosnin in March turned 19 years old. He was called up for military service in December 2023. In the spring of 2024, Sosnin, under incomprehensible for native circumstances, signed a contract. His friends reported that Zakhara had been forced this threats.
Cases of death of military service soldiers, whom, as promised by Russian President Vladimir Putin, “will not be used in his own,” after the APU invasion of the Kursk region, they became more frequent. In this Russian region, at least three more freaks were killed : 19-year-old Daniil Rubtsov, 22-year-old Nikita Dobrynin and 22-year-old Artem Vobodysky. According to the Air Force estimates , from the beginning of the war against Ukraine, at least 159 conscripts of the army of the Russian Federation have died.
