Latvian journalists learned that a former employee of the state lord from Riga, who helped lawyer Anatoly Blinov, was involved in the attack on Leonid Volkov

According to Medusa, three months before the release of the FBK investigation, he contacted the employee of Peter Aven on the sale of Blinov’s correspondence with Nevzlin

The alleged organizer of the attack on Leonid Volkov Anatoly Blinov, detained in Poland, had an assistant in Riga named Dmitry Chelebius, found out the Latvian newspaper Diena.

Diena, citing sources, writes that Chelebius is a former state police officer of Latvia and the “resolver” who had connections with the FSB. One of the sources of the newspaper, familiar personally with Chelebius and Blinov, says that the contacts of Celebia with the Russian special services “are not in doubt”, but he believes that he was not a provocateur of the FSB in this story. “I would rather believe in the version that he was interested in money. Although I can’t say this, one or the other can be equal to success, ”said the interlocutor of Diena journalists.

According to the publication, Chelebius is connected with several businesses, in particular, with the construction of yachts in the port of Riga. The newspaper recalls that in the correspondence with the former top manager of Yukos Leonid Nevzlin, whom the FBK calls the customer of the attack, Blinov asked him 12 thousand euros for “renting two boats from the region and from Riga plus fuel” in order, as the Navalny team claims to take out Volkov to Russia and transfer it to the special services.

Diena sources say that Chelebius is in Russia (most likely in Moscow). According to “important stories”, in 2024, Chelebius received a salary in the Moscow company “Arv Distribution” as the head of the department. The company was created in October 2022 and is engaged in computers and software trading. At the same time, as one of Diena’s interlocutors said, at the end of the summer of 2024, Chelebius was in Latvia and “showed activity” in matters “related to the investigation of the FBK”.

In early June, Chelebius contacted one of the employees of the businessman's charity fund Peter Aven Aven Foundation and offered him information regarding the organization of the attack on Volkov, two sources of Medusa, close to the fund, told him.

“Celebius called me and offered to meet with the lawyer Boris Berezovsky . I asked why - he said that he had important information for Peter [Aven], ”says one of the sources of Medusa. According to him, the "lawyer of Berezovsky" was Blinov, whom they met in Jurmala. “He told me that Nevzlin ordered Volkova, a girl who was beaten in Argentina, that he paid all the negative on Aven. I asked what he wants. He said money. I said, [that] there is no money, we do not do such things, we are out of politics, and, moreover, we do not buy compromises. Thank you, goodbye, ”says a source of Medusa, close to the fund.

Aen and "List 6000" FBK

In early March 2023, the former chief of the Echo of Moscow, Alexei Venediktov, published a collective letter addressed to the European Commission, with a request to remove the sanctions from the co-owners of Alfa-Group Mikhail Friedman, Peter Aven, Alexei Kuzmichev and German Khan. Under the letter, there was also a signature of Leonid Volkov, who at that time served as chairman of the board of the International Fund for Combating Corruption. At the same time, Avena introduced to his “List of corrupt and warriors of war” earlier. After the publication of the letter, Volkov announced that he was "pause in his public socio-political activity" and work in the FBK. The sanctions from Aven have not yet been lifted.

The FBC investigation is based on Blinov’s correspondence with Nevzlin, which was provided by the Fund by a person who introduced himself as Andrei Matus. The FBK calls him a “resolver” - a person with ties in the organs who is ready to “solve issues” for money. The correspondence discussed plans to kidnap Volkov in Lithuania, and when it was not possible - to beat him. In addition, Nevzlin, according to the FBC, was the organizer of two more attacks - to the wife of the economist Maxim Mironov Alexander Petrachkov and the director of the FBK Ivan Zhdanov, who came to Geneva to open the schizo there.

The FBK investigation is also repeatedly mentioned by the former co -owner of Yukos Mikhail Khodorkovsky, who for many years maintains close relations with Nevzlin. The Insider wrote that the Dossier Center Mikhail Khodorkovsky received information about the circumstances of the attack on Volkov in June 2024. “Khodorkovsky knew that Nevzlin ordered Volkova and Mironov, since June. For a month longer than us. And I did nothing, ”Maria singers wrote in this regard.

Khodorkovsky himself at first limited himself to a short commentary, in which he stated that he was unknown to no information about the attacks on Volkov, Zhdanov and Petrachkov "beyond what was published in open sources." He then stated that he received a message about the possible crime of Nevznin on June 29, 2024 and his team invited the informant to report a crime to the police.

On September 26, Khodorkovsky gave a great interview to the journalist Alexander Plyushchev, in which he said that on June 29, anonymous Anonymous, who promised to provide information about the attack on Volkov and Petrachkov and the attack on the installation of a schizo in several European cities. According to Khodorkovsky, the interlocutor showed reporters the screenshots of the same correspondence at which the FBK investigation is based. Those asked him to clarify, after which "contact with him was interrupted for a while."

Khodorkovsky says that, having learned about this, he called Nevzlin, and he answered him that he had nothing to do with this. After that, the Dossier Center acted “according to the procedure”, as Khodorkovsky says, and transmitted information to the law enforcement agencies of Lithuania. When asked why Khodorkovsky did not warn the FBK, he explained that he had a “difficult relationship” with the Navalny team and he did not try to contact them, because he admitted that the anonymous could be part of the “provocation organized by the FBK”.

On September 19, it became known that Anatoly Blinova was arrested in Poland on charges of organizing the beating of Leonid Volkov. According to the Polish prosecutor's office, this happened on September 13 - the day after the investigation of the FBK. The pancakes will stay in custody for three months, an investigation is being conducted against him.
