Whether the US President will be able to convince the United States that Ukraine needs a military victory over Putin

At the very moment when the Armed Forces of Ukraine, under the threat of the environment, are preparing for the exit from Ugled, Vladimir Zelensky represents Biden “Plan of Victory”. The details of the plan are still secret, but the general idea is clear. Ukraine must be accepted in NATO (or give it similar security guarantees) and provide it with as much weapons as necessary to defeat Putin. Otherwise, as Zelensky said in an interview with The New Yorker, this will “be unfair”. In any case, the head of the president’s office Andrei Ermak claims that "the invitation of Ukraine to NATO is part of the Victory Plan."

How the ex-Minister Yaresko brilliantly formulated this plan, “the president is convinced, and I am convinced. We just have to convince the whole world to help us as quickly as possible. ”

As we have already said, Zelensky came to the United States at the very moment when the 72nd brigade began to prepare from Ugled under the threat of the environment. As far as I know, the decision on the exit was made at the level of the brigade. By the way, she survived - they brought the flanks. There were not enough people on the flanks elementary, including because two new brigades equipped with a needle (and the United States gave weapons for only two brigades) were sent to the Kursk region.

Ugledar is a key link in Ukrainian defense, part of the network of the fortified areas Mariupol - Volnovakha - Ugledar - Avdeevka, which were built under Poroshenko.

The point, however, is not in Ugled.

The point is in a slow but non -resistant advance of the Russian army in the Donbass. We draw attention to the fact that the tactical goals of this offensive are changing all the time. Either hours of yoke, then Toretsk, then Pokrovsk.

When the threat of the capture of Pokrovsk arose, the best assault parts of the Armed Forces were thrown there, including Azov and the Karadag brigade. To stop the offensive with assault parts is how to drown the stove with banknotes, but the attack on Pokrovsk instantly stopped: no one has hunting to contact the “Azov”. But then it broke through in another place. This maneuverable change of impact directions means that the Russian Federation owns the initiative (which, in view of a small TVD, is difficult to call strategic).

The blow in the Kursk region also did not correct the situation. He was apparently the best way to use fresh Ukrainian forces, which, otherwise, would simply be ground near Pokrovsky. He completed the majority of tasks set by the command: he caused political damage, took up defense along the Sejm River and hit the flank of the Russian units when they began to apply a counterattack. But at the same time, the Armed Forces were operated on so small forces that the occupied territory turned out to be small, the cauldron did not work out, and the blow to the flank was also tied up.

All this, of course, can not be called the collapse of the front, the defeat, etc. The forces of both exhausted armies are few, and they both resemble two MMA fighters who are floundering in the stalls and strokes to each other.

But while the fat dries, the thin will die.

The Ukrainian front inevitably crackles under the influence of a number of factors. This is an elementary shortage of soldiers - Putin’s best Ukrainian soldiers, in the year before last, was exchanged for convicts under Bakhmut, and the “Busphicists” often refuse to fight.

These are phases that take everything and everyone. The lack of Ukrainian artillery, knocked out by the "lancets", while the United States hesitated with the help. The lack of fortifications, which is generally inexplicable in any rational way. And, of course, the quiet feeling of despair, which gradually sees the soldier of a weaker army, when he sees the day on the day, as the United States does not give shells elementaryly, as the authorities sends to deadly meat storms (yes, they are from the Ukrainian side), how to fight without fortifications, as the phases are all overwhelmed. Against this background, the soldier includes news and hears that Zelensky brought a victory plan to the United States.

When a soldier runs, he never runs with the words "I'm scared." He always runs with the words: "We were sold." The allies did not give weapons, Zelensky did not build trenches. Nothing exacerbates the skepticism in relation to the commander in chief, like a FAB in a neighboring landing.

Putin’s economic resource for the purposes of this war, as economist Dmitry Nekrasov rightly notes, “should be considered infinite.” Putin has a plug in a different parameter - according to the human resource. He does not want to carry out mobilization and lures people to the front with a whip and gingerbread. A whip is a universal replacement of a criminal term for a contract service, the gingerbread is a lot of money.

In other words, Putin wages a colonial war in the meaning of the word direct, as in the XIX century. The war in a distant country, which does not harm the economy (and in some way even pushes it) and often disperses the marginal elements of society. Many government officials generally consider this war gently as an opportunity to save Russia from marginals and lumpen.

This means that Putin has a whole pile of strategies to choose from. He can continue the war. He can freeze the conflict, and then not defrost it or, conversely, defrost at a good moment. Each of these strategies is winning in its own way. He can choose. None of them threatens the main thing - his personal power.

On the contrary, the only winning strategy for Ukraine is amputation, freezing war. Amputation - and rather.

It is on this basis that real negotiations are now underway. Putin’s direct negotiations with the United States, and with the participation of Sholts, China, Turkey, etc. Everyone knows about them. The condition is freezing along the line of the current demarcation, and there you change the territories to the carrot dump. Putin says that he agrees, but demands to clear the Kursk region. This is an indicative manner of saying “yes”, but in such a way that in the process of execution it turns into “no”.

And Zelensky? The victory plan is a response to these negotiations. Zelensky has another plan to cure a patient with gangrene. He is better. It consists in the fact that Biden must perform a miracle. Doesn't want? So, he does not believe in the victory of Ukraine.

What does it mean - to accept Ukraine in NATO or give it similar guarantees? NATO has a 5th article. The 5th article directly says that the attack on a NATO member entails a war with his other members. The war between the United States and Russia can only be nuclear - this is not the invasion of modest forces in the Kursk region. Zelensky really does not ironically believe that the United States will arrange the first nuclear world due to the fact that it could not drop Ugro and that it will be "unfairly." We turn the page - and find ourselves in July 2023, on the eve of the NATO summit in Vilnius. The then events are described by another author - Susan Glasser, in her laudatory article dedicated to the genius of Jake Sullivan. Glasser describes how Sullivan personally agreed on the eve of the summit a soft wording, which did not exclude the opportunity to ever invite Ukraine to NATO. This wording caused a categorical rejection of the German Chancellor Olaf Sholts, and Sullivan considered it the height of diplomatic art.

Imagine his amazement when Zelensky fell on this with difficulty gnawed formulation in a derogatory tweet. “It is unprecedented and absurd - when (in the decision of the NATO summit) there is no time frame either for the invitation (!) Or for the membership of Ukraine,” wrote Zelensky. And the head of the administration, Andrei Ermak, personally called Sullivan and in an ultimatum form demanded that Ukraine be invited to the NATO summit. Sullivan! - Right! - There was also Pissed Off.

Two times - on the eve of the war and on the eve of the failed counterattack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in an ultimatic uniform demanded that Ukraine join NATO, and both times the American “deep state” not only rejected its demands, not only was furious, but also - the rarest case - carried out the CRU from the hut. The variety of publicity betrayed, and in such expressions that are not used even at Vladimir Putin.

The question arises: what has changed in the world? What events forced the President of Ukraine to assume that his new, hitherto unprecedented victory plan - in the sense of Ukraine’s entry into NATO and the nuclear war of the United States and Russia during the Yar hours - now, on the eve of the American presidential election, will be adopted in Washington?

What kind of events were supposed to encourage Biden and Sullivan to change their opinion? The abolition of Zelensky elections? The resignation of the stagnant due to political jealousy? Cleaning in the army, resulting in the result of this resignation? Underdrawn already in three directions of fortifications and money missing on them? The front, which began to crack exactly after the resignation of the slave?

Before our eyes, Washington forbids Israel to climb into Lebanon, although Israel does not need support for the war with Hezbollah - on the contrary, he is enough that he does not interfere. And the stripping of Hezbollah will definitely not involve the United States in any nuclear war.

So what exactly the changes in the international situation forced Zelensky to think that, prohibiting Israel to fight, Biden will decide to fight instead of Ukraine?

The President of Zelensky has already participated in the election campaign of Kamaly Harris. For Kamala Harris, this was a bear service. The United States does not like when anyone, all the more canceled the elections in their own country, interferes with the electoral process, and the Republicans played the situation one hundred percent-up to the investigation , which was started by Congress, the requirements to dismiss the ambassador of Ukraine to the USA Mike Johnson, and the malicious tweet of Trump-Jr. The surprise is that “the foreign leader who received billions of dollars of taxpayers comes to our country and has the arrogance of attacking the Republican presidential candidate, exactly after the pro -Ukrainian fanatic tried to kill my father? This diplomacy on the eve of the elections in the United States inflicts netting Vredi Zelensky and Ukraine. The American president is by no means a person on whom everything depends. Even if Harris wins the election, it may well be that the Republicans will control one or even both wards. After this trick of Zelensky, they will begin to block assistance to Ukraine from the principle. Zelensky should have played the fact that Ukraine’s support in the United States is a Bipartisan item. And now, not only did he make it part of the Socialist Pocket of the Democrats - along with global warming and the Haitian migrants - so he also made her the most electorally unimportant, ballast part of this democratic package, which is easier to lose.

How to understand all this? Exactly as Yuri Lutsenko suggested. “The Plan of Victory” is a PR welded, which should be in the eyes of the viewer of the telemarathon to hang the defeat of Ukraine on the banged pindos. The President of Zelensky had such an excellent plan, but they did not accept him. This is such a call to the White House: “Hello, is this a Bilderberg club? Sberbank’s security service says with you. Your assets are in danger. We will now give you an invoice how to save them ... "

What to do if the White House does not follow the instructions of the Sberbank Security Service. Plan "B", according to Zelensky himself, is not. The construction of fortifications is not included in the plan “B”.

In fact, if you look at two and a half years of the war, then we can see that the victory plan is the usual modus of the operandi President Zelensky. Throughout this war, President Zelensky was engaged in exactly this. He presented high, crazy, impossible demands to all potential allies and drove them through the clearing, turning them into enemies. Each help was followed by a call: "Little." From every goldfish, they demanded more and more.

At the beginning of the war, the Russian elite was shocked by Putin. The Presidential Administration of Ukraine has lobbled the sanctions that drove this elite into the stall and made it clear that it had a common fate with Putin.

At least 20% of Russians were opened against the war. Zelensky in an unprecedented interview, which even the leaders of the extreme right -wing parties cannot afford, demanded to return them back to Russia because they are all responsible for Putin.

Each proposal of help was followed by a shout: "Still." For every sympathy - "little." But this time President Vladimir Zelensky surpassed himself. He put an ultimatum not to the Poles, not to the Pope, not to Ilon Mask. He put an ultimatum of the most golden fish.
