In St. Petersburg, the ambulance drivers "Medsantrans", a state institution, a subordinate committee on healthcare, began to pay debts for overtime work over the past two years. About this writes "Fontanka".
Representatives of the Office trade union made a complaint to the labor inspection. The amount of the debt is 1.8 billion rubles. Some drivers have already begun to receive payments. The amounts of payments are different for everyone - from 200 thousand to a million rubles.
According to the chairman of the trade union, Alexander Lipaikin, in May he turned to the presidential administration and said that they were not paid for overtime drivers for overtime work. According to the Labor Code, such work should be paid in double size, but it was paid for practice as "part -time", which is prohibited by the same Code for drivers.
The processing of drivers in the Fontanka Health Committee was explained by a shortage of personnel.
"Paper" with reference to the "action" writes that in the trade union that they intend to return the money to drivers not only in the last two, but also in previous years. The corresponding lawsuit will be filed in court in the near future.
