In the Russian event agencies, new lists of “prohibited artists” have spread. According to the "layout", there were 79 musicians and groups, including Putin and Tiktokorean supporters.

According to journalists, now in a stop list they include not only for criticism of the Russian invasion, but simply for “ambiguous statements” or friendship with other “forbidden artists”.
So, Tima of the Belarusian and Instasam, who did not speak out against the war, and the performers of Dzhigan and Dino MC47, which journalists are evaluated as loyal to the authorities, were banned.
The first unofficial list of “forbidden artists” appeared in July 2022, then it had 37 surnames and group names. All of them either openly opposed the war, or did not speak in support of Russia's actions in Ukraine. Among the “forbidden” artists and groups were “DDT”, Zemfira, Noize MC, Oximiron, “Time Machine”, “Aquarium”, Casta, Bi-2, Accident, Valery Meladze, Anacondaz, “Louna”, “Porn films”, “Leg. "2mash", a manage, a coin, buckwheat, Face, morgenery, ic3peak, Little Big, Vasya Oblomov, "Dora", "Aloe Vera" and others.
In early February 2024, the Presidential Administration issued the promoted list to promoters and producers. It already had 77 Russian artists and groups, including participants in the so -called naked party, which was arranged by the blogger Nastya Ivleeva.
