About quadrobing. The more stupid a citizen is, the more superiority he feels over others and the more he fears what is different.

But tell me: have you ever seen a quadrober in your life? I understand that personal experience is not always relevant. There are many people and things we have not seen in our lives, although this someone or this something undoubtedly exists, and often in fair quantities. But here are the quadrobers - have you ever crossed paths with them?

It seems to me that I have. True, they did not walk on their hands, did not bark - but their faces were painted to resemble someone resembling a family of cats. However, maybe the guys were coming from some kind of performance, or they work as animators, or for some other need they painted their faces. You never know. I would not have remembered this meeting - but time dictates the rules, and the eye tenaciously snatches its symbols from the landscape.

Who knows, maybe it won’t be long before these guys in makeup will start being caught on the streets, fined, or sent for treatment. Their parents will be involved or even deprived of parental rights. This is not my paranoia. Deputies are already preparing projects of varying degrees of severity.

The restless deputy Yana Lantratova is already preparing a bill: “I am developing a bill to ban the propaganda of destructive ideology, including quadrupleism. Those who make this movement popular and attractive must be punished.”

True, Lantratova does not call for punishing children and is even ready to spare parents - some “propagandists” are to blame. But there is another deputy, Sergei Kolunov: “I ask you to assist in banning the “quadrobing” movement and developing liability measures, including possible deprivation of parental rights and bringing to administrative or criminal liability.” Kolunov, however, commented on the resonant video of a mother “walking” her child on a leash. From his point of view, this is a reason.

And there is Senator Natalia Kosikhina: “...those forms of subculture, in this case quadrobers, which not only traumatize the psyche, but can also lead to very tragic consequences, must be prohibited.”

I have one more question: to whom, with what and when did the quadrobers cause harm? Of course, their behavior looks a little unusual. Or even very unusual. So what? Who suffered from this behavior and how? I scoured the web and found the only example. When a man in a car tried to run over the quadrobers, literally and figuratively, insulting these “cat people”, and one of them responded by hitting his windshield with a guitar (!). Hitting a car with a guitar, of course, is completely useless. But running over people with a car, offending them, is no better. But we won’t ban cars and motorists, will we?

And I think that

the only reason why successive deputies are preparing new bans is that the authorities, in its broad sense, generally have no other types of reaction to new, unusual things.

However, the same goes for the usual ones. Restriction, prohibition, fine and prison are the standard preferred reaction to everything that strays in any direction from the gray panorama of life.

The authorities see everything different as a threat. And, of course, they themselves are confident and assure us that this dissimilarity could not have arisen on its own - it certainly appeared under the influence of propaganda, which, in turn, came from the West - like all the worst things in our lives. Only from the West and only with the help of propaganda. It is assumed that the brains of our citizens are a mass similar to plasticine, from which any devilry can be molded. However, when our own propaganda works, it relies on the plasticity of the brain - so why be surprised?

But dozens of fragments from Soviet films were immediately found online, where children (and sometimes adults) dress and behave like animals. In kindergartens today, children play with bunnies and cats. This is generally normal for children. Of course, adults in this role do not look so familiar - but I will ask the question again: who and how did this harm? Just like hobbyhorsing, which came under attack a little earlier. This is when they ride horses on a stick. In the process of discussing this phenomenon, which is also completely alien to us, suddenly a fragment of the opening of the Moscow Olympics-80 was discovered, where the artists were jumping on these horses on a stick. What an embarrassment.

So the answer to my question is simple: all this does not interfere with anyone or anything. If our deputies were smarter (ha-ha), they would also promote the quadratic system. Just for the sake of experiment, try walking on all fours - how long will it last you? A person is not a dog; it is physically very difficult for him. It requires dexterity, coordination, and muscle strength. These skills should be used, not banned! But no!

You've probably noticed this in everyday life: some person, clearly not of great intelligence, laughs or is indignant, calls people morons and other bad words who look, dress, talk, listen to the wrong music, etc. .p. The more stupid and primitive a citizen is, the greater his superiority over others, the more confident he is that he has the right to give advice, make assessments and set rules. In this sense, deputies differ little from their people - they are their legal representatives, they are the cross-section of this society and, God forgive me, the cream of it.

Ignorance has not only become militant, it boasts of its limitations and considers primitivism to be the norm. I'm not even talking about the fact that no adequate expertise is required to make decisions or prepare laws.

More precisely, they just find experts, but those who, for any task, will find arguments and justifications for any degree of insanity and will tailor any solution to a previously known answer.

I wouldn’t be surprised if an International Quadwatch Movement emerges and is immediately banned. And then they will ban playing with animals or drawing them in any form in kindergartens. After all, the rainbow came under a virtual ban! Rainbow! So what can stop you from banning cats and dogs?

...They fear that children or teenagers playing quadrobers will thus become violent. But they themselves became brutal with all their prohibitions. Not understanding that children, teenagers, and adults cannot constantly live squeezed into the framework established by ignorant deputies or even higher-ranking bosses stuck in the Soviet past, which over the years in their heads has also transformed into a poster myth. People will still break out of these limitations and conventions. As in the same Soviet past, this was manifested at least in hairstyles, bell-bottoms, dudes, the Beatles or Vysotsky.

But the authorities don’t want to understand this, they’re not ready to look for explanations, they’re not used to trying to understand. But preparing a new ban is both familiar and pleasant, and your hand is already well filled.
