
In the Bryansk region, after the attack of Ukrainian drones, a warehouse caught fire, on which ammunition was supposedly stored. This was announced by the head of the Center for Combating the Disinformation of the Council of National Security and Defense of Ukraine Andrei Kovalenko. The Russian side did not confirm this data.
According to Kovalenko, near the city of Karachev, the 67th Arsenal of the Main Rocket Artillery Department of the Ministry of Defense (GRU) was amazed. Kovalenko claims that ammunition was stored there, "including from the DPRK," and aviation bombs. “I note that they were partially stored in the open air,” he added.
Residents of Karachev reported that at about 03:00 they heard the sounds of sirens and the sounds of explosions.
The Ministry of Defense reported that 47 Ukrainian drones were destroyed by air defense systems, 24 of them were knocked over the territory of the Bryansk region. The military department did not tell about the attack on the warehouse. The governor of the Bryansk region Alexander Bogomaz also wrote about the attack of 24 drones, he did not report the victims and destruction.
Later, the Bryansk Ministry of Emergencies reported that the Karachevsky district announced the emergency mode due to the detonation of explosive objects.
The Ministry of Defense said that five more drones were destroyed over the Belgorod region, two at the Kursk and Rostov, one in the Krasnodar Territory and 13 over the water area of the Sea of Azov.
