They say that he even bit the Swedish journalist, and then jumped onto the hood of some "Mercedes". “I still remember the expression of the person’s face who was sitting in the car: this prosperous person, thanks to Kulik, looked deep into Russia, saw all its archaic, wildness and unpredictability,” recalled writer Vladimir Sorokin.

I would like to call Kulik the first quadrober, and in calmer times, Russian roots would surely attribute to this fashion stream ("Archaic! Distance!"). The topic could be operated in a patriotic manner, as the invention of Radio Popov or Mozhaisky aircraft. But now Kulik (one of the founders of the War group) is not suitable for this for political reasons. In addition, the period, which he called "zoofrein", lasted only 13 years.

Then, having traveled around the cities and countries where he was taken to the police, then they got it, the artist moved away from the happy and returned to installations.

It is not known whether Kaniti's Japanese athlete knew about Kulik, which in 2008 became the first well -known Afrobica adherent, running 100 meters on all fours in 18 seconds. He probably knew, although he was rather an athlete. But from sports and gymnastic discipline (in which it was necessary to move, imitating the movements of animals), the quadbrick very quickly turned into a subculture of quadrober. From the word "quadro", that is, 4 legs. It developed thanks to the yutyub and the Tick-Toku, in which the quadrobors laid out funny videos. And video hosting is a terrible force, and therefore, having captured the USA in 2020, the fashion for quadrabers (despite the ban on Tik-Tok and the braking of Uyutub) reached Russia and to Russia.

I got it - but until August 30, 2024, only children and adolescents were seriously interested in. On this fatal day in Nadym, at the "Day of the City", during the performance of the singer Maria Boyko, for some reason, the lost eight-year-old girl in a cat mask was taken to the stage from the auditorium. And the singer immediately focused all the attention on her: they say, look, quadrober! A stream of insults and ridiculous remarks fell on a child. “Today is a cat, tomorrow is a dog, and the day after tomorrow she will decide that now she is a boy,” the singer announced , bringing a cat girl to tears.

The logic in these words, of course, is difficult to see. A huge distance between the cat and the boy, the cat’s cat will not replace the boy - otherwise they would not have worried about increasing the birth rate and family values in Russia, and for his own one could simply catch the soldier in the garbage dumps. But, obviously, the singer was not mean at all, but the federal law on countering LGBT. After all, the pop singers remaining in Russia often think (and sometimes sing) federal laws. This has somehow been brought up by many.

Thanks to all the same inhibitory and tick-took, the story instantly became known throughout the country, and the word "quadrobra" appeared on the front of the newspapers. Authoritative people began to seriously discuss whether the singer is right (to whom, by the way, the girl’s mother had already sued), and whether the new teenage hobby is threatening the basics and scrains. That is, the quadrobors became a media occasion.

It is understandable when every day on a meaningless massacre dies and receives more than a thousand people, when Russian missiles fly to hospitals and kindergartens, and the number of political prisoners grows at a shock pace, discuss the theme of quadroers (and all its ambiguity) can be endlessly.

And the amazing thing happened: the quadrobors split the Russian society! The senator from the Yaroslavl region Natalia Kosikhina and the deputy of the Yaroslavl State Duma Tatyana Butskaya, as well as other, others and others, announced the need to combat the so-called "Order of Children's Life", calling him dangerous Western influence and threat to Russian values. This initiative was approved in the Federation Council. A couple of media figures from the clergy also condemned the "demonic quadrober". State Duma deputy Sergei Kolunov proposed to introduce liability for parents of the qualities, including criminal and administrative punishment. And in the State Duma, two weeks later they joyfully reported that they were developing a bill on the prohibition of propaganda of "destructive ideology", including quadrobics. That is, as they say, "the process has gone."

But at the same time, a lot of people appeared who, one might say, sided with the quadroers. For example, actor Sergei Bezrukov. And even such people who were not spoiled by free -thinking, as the deputy chairman of the State Duma Committee on the protection of the family Vitaly Milonov, who suddenly declared: “It seems to me that the quadrobors as a whole do not bear the destructive, and after a year everything will forget about them,” and Ekaterina Mizulina, who said that the criminal liability for the Quadrober's parents was a repressive measure. Margarita Simonyan even called on to forget about the quadrabers rather so that they would not distract from the current political agenda.

Dreams, dreams ...

It is no longer possible to forget about the quadrabers, as all these (not in need of representation) are. Because thousands of other officials and propagandists look greedily at Milonov, Mizulina and Simonyan. Until now, little known or secondary. Quadrobors are their chance.

The administrative apparatus in Russia is arranged in such a way that it is programmed to respond to everything new and living as a threat. This is his protective reflex, developed as a result of a long evolution. Any dangers signal is regarded here as a manifestation of vigilance - and gives a chance to officials who have noted the threat to rise to one step in his career and gain access to new resources. And quadrobors (which for Simonyan or Mizulina seem to be too ridiculous), are quite suitable for officials and deputies of the second link. Like a springboard.

Therefore, it is not surprising that in early October it came to the prosecutor's office. The movement with the remarkable name "Veterans of Russia" turned there (how to understand it, it is not clear, because war veterans are those who went through the war, and who is Russia's veterans?). Well, okay. "Russia's veterans" demanded to declare quadraber extremists and are now waiting for an official response from the prosecutor. And he does not know how to answer. Is extremism or not extremism? What does Putin think?

This question seems to begin to be interested in the whole world soon, because on October 8 the problem of quadroers has become international. On this day, she officially (!), As part of the preparation of the meeting of Putin and Pashinyan, was discussed by the head of the Foreign Ministry of Armenia and Sergey Lavrov. The latter began to talk about her almost instead of greeting:

“Do you have quadrobors?” - the Armenian colleague in the Armenian colleague in a question. “Children dress up in dogs. This is one of the most important news. They go like animals.”

The Armenian Minister looked at the Russian diplomat as a madman, but nevertheless, according to and with concern, he nodded his head, apparently realizing that it was better not to argue with people who say this. Because they, with some kind of goal that is not clear to everything else, decided to destroy or at least ban all living things.
