Secondly, in the paternalistic model (and we in it) the relations of the state and a person are generally thought of family: at the head of state, a wise and caring father who brings up unintentional children, takes care of them, instructs, but can spank if children are bad. The child here turns out to be an object by definition, an object in a square: he is definitely not able to make any choice, he can only be imposed on him. A clash with reality is a problem for any mythology, ours is no exception. It so happened that in relative stability and satiety, a whole generation grew, which is obviously not ready to share the aggressive values ​​of fathers and grandfathers who have settled in bosses. The error is taken into account, and now children are an object (I repeat, this is a keyword) of the state's close attention. Hence the “conversations about the important”, militarized children's movements in the Soviet manner and so on in the same spirit. The child simply cannot, does not have the right to act freely - he must constantly be saturated with the light of state wisdom. An adult foster father-father, at least sometimes can leave alone, a child-never.

But it is clear (perhaps this is understandable even to the state people themselves, because they were once Soviet children, yawned on political information and pioneer races) that obsessive state patriotism is an uncompetitive product. All more interesting than "Talking about the important." In general, that's it. Even picking in the nose - and that is more interesting.
