On the federal highway at the entrance to the capital of Ingushetia, Magas, a car of employees of Center “E” was fired at, RIA Novosti and RBC report, citing law enforcement agencies.
According to RIA Novosti, there are casualties.
The Baza Telegram channel writes that three people are known to have died: Ilez Aushev, Beslan Aushev and Amir Aushev. The information has not yet been confirmed.
The Mash telegram channel also writes about the three dead. According to him, the shooters drove up in a VAZ 99 car and fled after the attack.
TASS, citing operational services, also reported that three people were killed.
Baza claims that the deputy head of Center “E” for Ingushetia, Adam Khamkhoev, was also in the car that was shot at. He was not injured. According to the telegram channel, he was the target of the attack.
According to TASS, the car the attackers were in was later found burned in North Ossetia. What happened to the attackers themselves is unknown.
The Investigative Committee for Ingushetia announced the initiation of a criminal case under articles on encroachment on the lives of law enforcement officers (Article 317 of the Criminal Code) and illegal trafficking in weapons (Part 1 of Article 222 of the Criminal Code). The Investigative Committee also confirmed that three people were killed, including a police officer.
