An attempt was made on the life of the owner of the Coyote Ugly bar chain in Moscow. A businessman's arm was torn off from a car explosion

A Tank car, owned by restaurateur Viktor Mishachev, exploded on the morning of October 15 on Profsoyuznaya Street in the southwest of the capital.

According to preliminary data, a homemade explosive device was placed between the hood and windshield. Telegram channels close to law enforcement agencies report that the explosive went off when the owner of the car tried to remove the package from the hood. As a result of the explosion, two men and a child were injured - the latter’s head was cut, and part of Mishachev’s arm was torn off .

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case for attempted murder of two or more persons.

• Viktor Mishachev is involved in the restaurant business - he owns the Coyote Ugly bar chain. Other projects of the businessman include the Dirty Dancing bar in Moscow and Time Bar in St. Petersburg.

• The motive for the attempt on the businessman's life could have been his business or personal enmity, law enforcement agencies reported . Mash claims that Mishachev had conflicts with employees of his establishments due to non-payment of salaries.
