Magadan: Four Magadans were convicted of non -renewal

In Magadan, three local residents were sentenced to real terms for not reporting to their friends who planned to set fire to the military commissariat. Another defendant received forced labor. This was reported in his press release by the local FSB.

According to the prosecution, it is immediately about four acquaintances of Ekaterina Gazieva and Sergey Malyuchenko. Allegedly, they all knew about their plans to set fire to the military registration and enlistment office on the instructions of some curators from Ukraine.

Investigators believe that the aim of the arsonists was to arrange a “destabilization of the socio-political situation” in Russia and influence the Russian authorities so that they stop the war in Ukraine. At the same time, Gazieva and Malyuchenko eventually set fire not by the military registration and enlistment office, but by the neighboring printing warehouse, which the investigators called the "administrative building." The court sentenced Gaziev and Malyuchenko to 12.5 and 13 years of the colony, respectively.

After that, the investigators took up their acquaintances, who, approved, knew about the plans of the couple, but did not inform the police about this. In August, it became known that one of them received a real term for non -renewal.

Now the FSB reported that the defendants in this case were four people at once. One of them received four months of forced labor. The rest were given 3.3 years in colony of general regime, 2 years 10 months of strict regime and 1.5 years of strict regime.

The names of two of the four convicts are known - Zinoviev and Sushkevich. It is not known whether the convicts found guilty.

So it was with the friends of the nurse Maxim Asriyan, who allegedly planned to set fire to the military enlistment office of the Frunze district in St. Petersburg. Both girls received fines of 40 and 50 thousand rubles.
• Since the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine throughout Russia, military registration and enlistment offices, police departments, city administrations and reception rooms of United Russia began to be set fire to Ukraine. After the mobilization announcement, the number of such attacks has been spinning.
• As a result of arson, no one died. Detained on charges after spring 2022, when cases became massive, most often charges an article on terrorism. More than 30 cases have already ended with a verdict, the most severe of which - 19 years of colony - gave two anti -war activists for the arson of the city administration building in the Chelyabinsk region.
