Kirill Vyunov serves in the military unit 31643, stationed in the Kurgan region. At the expense that he A few months ago I issued a large amount of 405 thousand rubles to my mother (for transferring allowance for a smoker), on October 14, it suddenly came.

The family was worried whether he had signed a contract - Cyril was never going to fight.

- I am a mechanic. I am only 20 years old, I only managed to finish the technical school. I have no plans at all. I just would be alive to return from here, ”says Cyril.

- I am now in the Kurgan part, part is in the village of Planov. I am listed in the 232nd reactive art brigade, a driver. But tomorrow we should be sent to Rostov and to the border. I understand that this is one way. I have never been going to sign a contract and is not going to! Help get out of here! - asks Cyril.

According to the transaction screenshot, 405 thousand rubles were transferred from the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Protection "in accordance with Decree No. 920 dated 12/30/2023 in accordance with the list No. 108". This is a document on payments to mobilized and military personnel recruited by signing a contract with the Ministry of Defense. The region is not indicated, but Vyunov went into the army from the Saratov region.

Earlier, the similar transfer of the “Windows” editorial office was told by military service soldiers from the divisions of the 90th Panzer Division, deployed in Chebarkul, Chelyabinsk Region. They received 305 thousand rubles for a contract allegedly concluded from the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Moreover, they really did not sign anything. Last week, the press service of the Central Military District called mass transfers to conscripts near Chebarkul "Technical failure" and promised the money to "withdraw".

The soldiers of the Kurgan unit did not report anything like this. Through those afraid that they will "be thrown into the front," if they do not "raise the noise".

- Our amount is even higher - 405 thousand. And most importantly - they [command] do not admit that they made a transfer at all, no statements that this is a mistake or a “failure”. They throw us at Rostov, and then they throw us at the front,-one of the seven conscripts of the 232nd brigade who received a translation does not doubt.

All soldiers who received a sudden transfer were drafted into the army in December 2023.

- I was born in Lesozavodsk, but our family moved a lot, we lived a lot where. They called me from Saratov, ”says Cyril and repeats that, despite the complex material situation of the family, he never planned to go to fight. - He joined the army when everything was already going on [war], but then I did not think about it at all - that it was dangerous. Although yes, there were already deaths. Just serving the service, and that’s it. And here is such a turn! Now really scary. I don't want to die.

"There were requisitions in the unit, and now we suffer from the translation"

Crops, not without bitter irony, recall how in the first months they suffered from grandfature, including the fights from the side of the "grandfathers", and now, on the contrary, from unexpected money transfers.

- Mom told me about the translation, since I re -registered the financial number to her so that her contentment would immediately go. Since there were requisitions in the unit. The demobilization mocked us in every way-the rise in the middle of the night, the "cockroaches" under the beds. Only we exhaled - because we are now "grandfathers", how we send money to us, which we cannot get rid of, - says Cyril. - They [command] only said that they would “figure it out”, but they do nothing. And instead of the "showdown" we are silently, they are thrown into the border.

According to conscripts, they are not released from some of them simply even to go to the bank and write a refusal to transfer.

“First, they pressed them“ in a good way ”, like sign it voluntarily, and now like that-just signed for us,” says one of the conscripts.

At the same time, relatives of conscripts do not always support them in an effort to raise noise in order to avoid sending to the front.

- Father has now gone to watch in the Far East. Mother went to her sister in St. Petersburg. And our apartment is empty in Saratov - I want to return there. If it succeeds. There are no family brothers and sisters. I am alone, ”says one of the Kurgan conscripts, whose mother, after a long persuasion, sent a screenshot of the translation. “I don’t know why my mother does not want to talk with reporters.” Probably father set up, he is like that. I have not been talking to him lately.

According to Cyril, from seven people who received transfers, no one signed the contract and does not want to fight. However, the majority fearing to talk about this, even on conditions of anonymity.

“We will soon take phones, so I will delete our correspondence 7-8 minutes before,” says one of the anonymous interlocutors. - Understand me.

Human rights activists surveyed by the “window” advise conscripts who are in a similar situation, to write directly from the phones to the hotline of the military administration of the Investigative Committee and the Military Prosecutor's Office . Some of them have already done this, but their appeals remained unanswered.

- They should not touch this money at all! If they are not answered on the hotline of the prosecutor's office, you need to continue to write. Because by the law, both the prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee must answer, ”says Ivan Chuvilyaev , a specialist in the anti -war movement“ go forest ”. - We are led by several such conscripts. They are responded with unsubscribes, but at the same time they began to run-and-free. The main thing is perseverance.

For fake contracts and forced money transfers, conscripts for the first time began to complain massively in October 2024. Earlier, military soldiers spoke only about threats and forcibly coercion to the contract.

So, in September 2024, the Savornik soldier Grigory Savinkov from the Kemerovo region complained to his relatives that the FSB officers forced almost the entire regiment (he served in the 488th Guards Motor Rifle Regiment) to sign military contracts, and he himself and two more servants were “kept with the last forces” under the threats of criminal prosecution and beaten. Before that, Savinkov was only returned from captivity, into which he fell on August 6 in the Kursk region, where the APU broke through the border.

Human rights activists from the anti -war movement "go by forest" claim that all the threats of the FSB or military conscripts and their relatives are "completely empty."

- No one is obliged to sign the contract. The FSB in this case appeared, apparently, because they spend all prisoners through them, ”says Ivan Chuvilyaev. - For all threats, pressing, persuasion and pressure, you need to be silent and do not sign anything.

At the same time, experienced lawyers advise to carefully read all the documents that conscripts “slip” for signature.

-They can offer an alternative service to go, they can still submit a military contract under some kind of sauce. They catch gullible and inexperienced, because many believe in the word. Then - OP, and you signed not an application for the AGS (alternative civil service), but a contract as a "professional military," says an experienced lawyer who asked not to indicate his last name. - It will be very difficult to turn here. Therefore, it is better to try not to sign anything at all.

Previously, reports appeared about the death of several military service soldiers, who were deployed in the Kursk and Belgorod regions. On the border with Ukraine, 21-year-old Arseny Saltaev from Lesosibirsk Krasnoyarsk Territory died, he had parents and six brothers and sisters. His relatives admitted that they were afraid to blame the "country and president" of the death of his son. Together with Arsenia, the twin brothers, Konstantin and Dmitry Tails from the Omsk village of Karpovka died. Their sister Julia said that the family constantly discouraged Kostya and Dima from signing contracts, but they themselves were not going to fight. The relatives are dumbfounded by their death and its circumstances, but they do not believe in justice.

- Their commander also died, but another STR, the fourth, seemed to have survived. Both our guys from a large family, and Arseny is also from large, only ours - younger ones. Dima said that they became friends. They got into one platoon back in Chebarkul. The brothers also counted days before the demobilization, like him. They made plans how they would study and work. And this is how everything happened. I do not know how to prove that their death is unfair. Where to go? We buried them, the bodies came in a closed coffin. Mom decided that she would not seek their autopsy. I don't know, this is her decision. But, it seems to me that I have to fight. The president personally promised that the conscripts this [war] would not affect. The commander swore to her that, in case of the danger of boys, he would save and take it off the border. As you can see, he did not take them anywhere. Although the border was already a breakthrough, the third day is.

On August 21, on the border with Ukraine, the soldier- Ruslan Gainullin from the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug died. His mother Lilia Gainullina confirmed the death of the only son. He was drafted into the army on November 20, 2023.

Lilia blames in the death of her son not the Russian authorities, who gave an order to military invasion of Ukraine, but Ukrainian soldiers, she likes like and writes “thank you” in response to the photo of the shells with the inscription “from Ruslan’s friends”. His friends and classmates, on the contrary, emphasize that he was very peaceful and did not want to fight.

Also in August in the Kursk region, Zakhar Sosnin died . This was reported by his relatives from Transbaikalia. In March, he was 19 years old. He was called up for military service in December 2023. In the spring of 2024, Sosnin, under incomprehensible for native circumstances, signed a contract. His friends claim that Zakhara was forced to do this threats.

Cases of death of military service soldiers, whom, as promised by Russian President Vladimir Putin, “will not be used in his own,” after the APU invasion of the Kursk region, they became more frequent. There were at least three more frequencies: 19-year-old Daniil Rubtsov, 22-year-old Nikita Dobrynin and 22-year-old Artem Dobroma. Since the beginning of the war, at least 159 frequency residents of the army of the Russian Federation have been killed against Ukraine. In total, judging by the joint report of the Russian BBC service and the Mediazons, 74,014 Russian military died over two years of the war.
