The State Duma of Russia approved three anti -migrant laws at once

The State Duma in the first reading adopted a package of three bills aimed at combating illegal migration. One of them increases fines by 600 times per fake documents - up to 60 million rubles.

The first bill establishes a complete ban for intermediary organizations to participate in the acceptance of exams in the Russian language and knowledge of Russian history and laws among migrants.

Now 12 universities and one organization of the Moscow government can be carried out. They can hire intermediary organizations for taking exams. The bill prohibits this. After its adoption, the authorities will make a new list of organizations authorized to take the exam.

The second bill introduces out-of-court blocking of Internet resources offering illegal services for migrants and selling fake documents for migration status.

The third bill increases fines for falsification, manufacture and turnover of fake documents for organizing illegal migration. For legal entities, the fine will be from 5 million to 10 million rubles (200 times more than before), for repeated violation - from 10 million to 60 million rubles (600 times more).

During the readings, the Speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin summed up that since the beginning of the year the State Duma adopted seven laws tightening migration policies. Six more are under the consideration of the State Duma - they are planned to be accepted until December.

• The Russian authorities began to tighten the rules and conditions for the stay of migrants in the country after the terrorist attack in Crocus. In particular, a register of foreigners who are in the country is created in the Russian Federation. After entering the register, migrants will not be able to drive vehicles, use banking services, register property, conclude and dissolve marriages, arrange children in kindergartens and schools.
• According to the first deputy minister of internal affairs of the Russian Federation, Alexander Gorovoy, now 6.174 million people with foreign citizenship are in Russia. The first ten states in the number of citizens in the Russian Federation include Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Belarus, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, China and Turkmenistan.
