Update. The Naro-Fominsk City Court of the Moscow Region chose a preventive measure for rapper Guf (Alexey Dolmatov) in the form of a ban on certain actions in a robbery case, RIA Novosti reports. The second person involved in the case, Gevork Sarukhanyan, was assigned a similar preventive measure.
The police opened a criminal case against rapper Alexei Dolmatov, known as Guf, for robbery committed by a group of persons (points “a”, “d”, part 2 of Article 161 of the Criminal Code), law enforcement sources told TASS.
The investigation asked to arrest Guf, the case materials were sent to the Naro-Fominsk City Court of the Moscow Region, RIA Novosti was told in court. According to TASS, the investigation requested the arrest of not only the rapper, but also another person involved in the case.
The musician's lawyer Sergei Zhorin refused to comment on these reports. “Investigative actions are underway with our client,” he told TASS.
On October 23, agencies and telegram channels reported that Guf was taken to the police because of a fight near a bathhouse complex in Aprelevka near Moscow. According to preliminary information, the rapper hit another person in the head. The victim turned out to be an off-duty law enforcement officer and wrote a statement against Dolmatov, TASS claims.
As a result, an administrative protocol was drawn up against the rapper for petty hooliganism (20.1 of the Administrative Code). Guf recorded a video apologizing to police officers near Moscow for what happened.
According to the telegram channel “112”, the second person involved in the case is named Gevorg S. Mash claims that it was he who took the phone of the policeman who was beaten in a fight with Guf.
