The Corruption Foundation issued a detailed response to an investigation of a blogger and the policy of Maxim Katz. He accused the FBC of cooperation and “laundering” of the reputation of the former owners of Probeseskanbank Alexander Zheleznyak and Sergey Leontyev.

According to Katz, the bankers created a network of offshores through which the money of Probusinessbank customers stole the money, and, having left west, created the image of “victims of the authoritarian regime” - and the FBK supposedly helped them in this.

In their response, Navalny's associates said that Zheleznyak and Leontyev did not steal $ 470 million, of which Katz accused them. Also, the FBK rejected any “roofing” of bankers.
