The judge of the Kuibyshevsky District Court of Irkutsk found four "pressers" guilty of torture and mass beatings of prisoners of the pre-trial detention center-1 in Irkutsk. They were appointed from 14 to 17.5 years old, Irkutsk human rights defenders write .

The court recognized the beating and torture of Mongosha N. after a spontaneous protest of the IK-15 prisoners in Angarsk in 2020 by Mongush N. together with the other 40 prisoners in the pre-trial detention center-1 of Irkutsk.
